Involved with Blue Bee for nearly a decade, I have watched the trends come and go in the edgy fashion scene, particularly here in Santa Barbara. I have had the privilege to work with this fabulous local chain designing ads, flyers, posters, the website, you name it, for quite awhile. I love fashion too and have a little different perspective being a tiny bit older than some of my comrades here. A valley girl with a passion for fashion. I am Karli Himmelman, a nineteen year old who can shop till I drop. I have worked in retail for over four years and plan to continue a career in fashion later on in life. My Name is Lauren Guilford and I am currently an art student living in Santa Barbara, working at Blue Bee. I was raised in the small surf city, San Clemente. I find inspiration in art, fashion, and travel. I plan on traveling to ten different countries by next summer, and I will be living in Rome for three months while I study art. Eventually I want become a New Yorker and continue my studies in the big apple. My style has evolved from that of a small town surfer chic into a worldly, ambitious artist. No matter where I go, I will always be that small town Southern California girl with a little edge.
